Instead of being a simple bidirectional integration, Salesforce channels are a single, native experience that is accessible in both Slack and Salesforce.
Each Salesforce channel maps to a corresponding Salesforce record, giving teams a dedicated place to collaborate in service of any given customer or initiative, with simultaneous visibility into customer data.
